Products and made-to-order production
Bullcore products are printed or embroidered after you place an order. Please check the product description, chosen size, colour and size guide before purchasing. Images aim to represent the product accurately, but colours can appear different on different screens. Products must still match their description. Producing a standard Bullcore design to order does not, by itself, make it a personalised product or remove your cancellation rights.
Prices and payment
The product price, currency, applicable taxes and shipping cost are displayed before you place your order. Please review the full total and your delivery details before paying. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. If we discover a pricing error or cannot supply your order, we will contact you to explain the problem and offer an appropriate resolution. Any agreed cancellation of a paid order will be refunded; we will not charge a higher price without your agreement.
Orders
After checkout, we send an order confirmation to the email address you provide. Keep this confirmation and your order number. Contact us promptly if you notice an error in your order or address. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible once production or dispatch has begun. This does not affect your legal cancellation or faulty-goods rights. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and refund any payment for the unavailable items.
Delivery
Delivery includes production followed by shipping. Available destinations, shipping costs and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout and vary by product and destination. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly agreed. Contact us if your order is delayed or missing. Your legal rights concerning delivery remain unaffected. Where applicable, destination-country import duties or local fees are your responsibility unless checkout states otherwise. See our Shipping & Delivery policy.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
For qualifying online purchases, you may notify us that you wish to cancel before delivery or within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason. You then have another 14 days to send the goods back. Email your order number to bullcore@bullcoreltd.shop. We will provide return instructions. Your cancellation does not depend on our approval.
You normally pay return postage for non-faulty items. We do not offer free size exchanges: eligible items can be returned for a refund, and you can place a new order. You may reasonably inspect goods as you would in a shop; handling beyond that may lead to a deduction for lost value. For a whole-order cancellation, standard outbound delivery is also refunded. Refunds are made without undue delay and within 14 days after we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier, using the original payment method unless otherwise expressly agreed. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Contact us with your order number and clear photos where available. We will explain the appropriate refund, repair or replacement and any return arrangements. Bullcore covers necessary return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. Photos help assess problems but do not restrict your rights. The 14-day change-of-mind window does not limit statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Your legal rights and changes to these terms
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory protections in your country of residence remain applicable. Changes to these terms apply to future orders; the terms available when you place an order apply to that order. You can save or print this page for your records.
Optional cancellation form
You can copy this form into an email and send it to bullcore@bullcoreltd.shop. Using this form is optional; any clear statement of cancellation is sufficient. Contact us for the applicable parcel return instructions.
