We want every Bullcore order to arrive as expected. If you need to return an item, please read the steps below and contact us before sending anything back.
14-day return window
You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to tell us that you wish to return it. Email bullcore@bullcoreltd.shop first with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return instructions and the correct return address.
Return condition
Returned items should be unworn, unwashed and unused, with their original tags and packaging. You may handle an item only as reasonably necessary to inspect it. We may reduce a refund if an item has been used or handled beyond this.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Please do not send a return to the manufacturer or to any address without contacting Bullcore first. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and explain the available replacement or refund options. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you with the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the refund. Original standard delivery charges will be handled in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Availability can change quickly, so we cannot guarantee a direct exchange. Contact support first and we will explain the best option for your order.
